Fall at the Farm

Brian took the kids up to Iowa for a quick trip this weekend while I was in Columbia for our college girls reunion weekend. It was perfect weather for spending time outdoors on the farm. Brian was in heaven riding the four wheeler around! Lilian and Graham got to spend time with grandma, grandpa, Aunt Leanne, Aunt Andrea and Lauren and Andrew. Rhoda got some great pics of the kids on the farm!

Sibley Apple Orchard and Play date

What a beautiful Sunday for some fall fun! We traveled up to Platte City and went to the Sibley Apple Orchard. It was our first time there and we will for sure make it a new family tradition! It was quaint and adorable! Lilian helped pick the perfect apples for an apple crisp we made later that night! They had a little petting farm and playground as well. After the orchard we went to the Spisak's house for a play date with my college girlfriend's kids. Sara even put up the bounce house for them! The kids loved it! It was a perfect, fall day!

Fall Fun Fest

Lilian loved dancing in the parade with her new dance studio, Inspire. We lucked out with the weather. We were afraid it was going to be freezing but we had a beautiful crisp, fall morning and the sun was shinning the whole time! Daddy and Graham were cheering us on (mommy had to walk too) along with Grammy and Pops. I love carrying on the tradition of the FFF with our family. It brings back so many memories! Bring on fall!
